Director and Playwright

I began training as a director at New York University. I worked as an assistant in productions at the university itself and in several resident companies at Home for Contemporary Theatre and Art on the Off Broadway circuit.

Later other teachers appeared like Tim Baker (theatre director from Wales), with whom I worked on the Theatre in Education project of the Granollers Association for three years.

At the 2015 Novembre Vaca Festival I wrote the dramaturgy and directed the theater show Còctel Ana Maria Moix. I was also part of the team of scriptwriters and assistant directors for the documentary Ana Ma Moix o la passió per la paraula.

I have directed many plays and led multiple collective creation processes with students, amateur theater groups and social action projects. I highlight the project Let’s create culture around fostering of Cia Gemma Julià, which created three shows with the ambition of making the reality of foster minors and families known: Teixint vincles, Heroïnes and Compartint famílies.
